Single-bay, 2-door outdoor cabinet (650W × 750D × 1530H) engineered for telecommunications, energy, and infrastructure applications requiring reliable equipment protection in outdoor environments.

Constructed from 2.5 mm marine-grade aluminium with a durable UV-resistant powder-coated finish, the enclosure is designed for long service life and can achieve up to IP66 protection depending on application requirements.

The cabinet is configured with two pairs of 19″ mounting rails, providing structured and flexible equipment installation. Bottom access gland plates allow efficient cable entry and management, supporting clean and secure field installation.

Thermal performance is enhanced through naturally vented door louvres fitted with filter foam, combined with two sets of fan kits to support forced convection cooling for active equipment. The enclosure also includes five-side insulation to improve internal temperature stability and protect sensitive components.

Security is provided through a flush front locking system, ensuring controlled access while maintaining a clean external profile suitable for public or roadside environments.

For installation flexibility, the cabinet can be mounted on an optional 200 mm hot-dip galvanised (HDG) plinth, enabling elevated positioning, improved cable management, and ease of maintenance in various site conditions.
