Manufactured from 2.5mm marine-grade aluminium, the enclosure offers excellent corrosion resistance for coastal, urban, and rural installations. A durable UV-resistant powder-coated finish provides extended service life, while optional anti-graffiti coating systems can be supplied to comply with NZTA M10 Specification for Anti-Graffiti Coatings where project requirements apply. The enclosure can also be configured with recessed graffiti-resistant locking systems, ventilation, insulation, gland plates, equipment mounting systems, and cable management to suit individual transport projects.
The cabinet is designed for deployment across a wide range of roadside ITS applications and can be supplied to meet the requirements of the NZTA Intelligent Transport Systems Roadside Cabinet Standard (ITS-STND-CAB) and the NZTA Intelligent Transport Systems Roadside Cabinet Specification (ITS-SPEC-CAB). Configurable features include high ingress protection (up to IP66 depending on configuration), secure three-point locking, passive or forced ventilation options, equipment mounting rails, earthing provisions, cable segregation, and foundations compatible with roadside installations.
