Product description

The Double Bay 4 Door EcoStar Cabinet is a robust outdoor enclosure designed to securely house telecommunications, data and industrial equipment in demanding environments. The cabinet is available in two height options: 1500 mm (W) × 750 mm (D) × 1432 mm (H) for model ESUNL01, or 1500 mm (W) × 750 mm (D) × 1430 mm (H) for model ESDITS02. The double bay configuration with four front access doors allows convenient installation, servicing and equipment access.

The enclosure is fitted with standard 19″ equipment mounting rails, providing compatibility with a wide range of rack-mounted hardware. Front doors incorporate natural vented louvers with filter foam to support passive airflow while limiting dust and debris ingress. Security options include a choice of swing handle with padlock provision or a swing handle keylock to suit site-specific security requirements.

To support a wide range of installation environments, the cabinet offers optional aluminium mounted plinths or hot-dip galvanised (HDG) mounted plinths for increased corrosion resistance and structural durability. Five-sided internal insulation is included to improve thermal stability and protect sensitive equipment from temperature extremes.

The cross-folded roof design enhances structural strength and assists with effective water runoff, contributing to long-term outdoor performance. Built on the EcoStar platform with durable construction and configurable options, this double bay cabinet is well suited to telecommunications, data network, utility and industrial applications requiring secure, weather-protected equipment housing.
