Single Bay 2-Door 19″ roadside ITS cabinet, 740 W × 620 D × 1390 H, designed in accordance with NZTA ITS-STND-CAB-202502 and ITS-SPEC-CAB-202502 for roadside ITS applications.
Features 19″ mounting rails, natural-vent front door louvres with filter foam, plain rear door, a three-point locking system with swing-handle padlock, aluminium base panel, and base supporting a sliding battery tray. An optional 100 mm aluminium plinth is available.
Cross-folded roof, manufactured from 2.5 mm marine-grade material with a durable Almond Ripple powder-coat finish aligned with AS/NZS 2312.1:2014 for atmospheric corrosion protection. Optional colours include Karaka Green (RAL 6015), Almond Ripple (RAL 1015), or T33 Smoke Blue (AS2700). An NZTA-approved anti-graffiti coating in accordance with NZTA S10 is also available.
Proven in service with NZTA through motorway projects.

The Single Bay 2-Door Cabinet (740 W × 620 D × 1390 H) is purpose-built for roadside Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) applications and is designed in accordance with NZTA ITS-STND-CAB-202502 and ITS-SPEC-CAB-202502. Finished in UVRPE Almond Ripple powder coat, this cabinet delivers long-term durability, corrosion resistance, and a professional roadside appearance.
Manufactured from 2.5 mm marine-grade material, the cabinet is powder-coated to meet AS/NZS 2312.1:2014 requirements for atmospheric corrosion protection. Optional colour finishes include Karaka Green (RAL 6015), Almond Ripple (RAL 1015), and T33 Smoke Blue (AS2700). An NZTA-approved anti-graffiti coating compliant with NZTA S10 is also available.
The enclosure incorporates a cross-folded roof for improved weather protection and structural strength. Internally, it is fitted with two pairs of 9″ EIA 19″ mounting rails, providing flexible equipment mounting options. The front door is naturally vented, with louvres positioned at the bottom and fitted with filter foam to support passive airflow while limiting dust ingress.
Security is provided by robust doors with swing-handle padlock and a three-point locking system, equipped with security door switch. The cabinet includes one document holder as standard. A plain or naturally vented back door can be specified to suit site ventilation and equipment requirements.
For installation flexibility, the cabinet can be supplied mounted on an optional 100 mm aluminums plinth, making it suitable for a wide range of roadside foundations and environments.
This cabinet design is proven in service with NZTA through motorway projects, ensuring confidence in performance, compliance, and long-term reliability for critical ITS infrastructure.
