The cabinet is equipped with two pairs of 19″ EIA mounting rails, providing a standardised and robust internal structure for rack-mounted equipment, power systems, and communication devices. The front and rear door configuration allows efficient installation, separation of cabling, and simplified maintenance access.
Thermal performance is supported through a combination of naturally vented door louvres with filter foam and two fan kits with thermostat control. This setup enables both passive and active cooling, helping to regulate internal temperature and maintain optimal operating conditions for sensitive equipment.
The enclosure is insulated on five sides, improving thermal stability and reducing heat gain from external conditions. Security is provided by recessed, graffiti-safe locking systems, ensuring a clean, tamper-resistant external finish suitable for public and roadside installations.
Constructed from 2.5 mm marine-grade aluminium with a durable UV-resistant powder-coated finish, the cabinet is engineered for long-term outdoor use, with protection levels available up to IP66 depending on configuration.
The cabinet includes a polypropylene base with four removable access gland plates, allowing flexible cable entry and efficient installation.
For installation flexibility, an optional 100 mm hot-dip galvanised (HDG) plinth is available, providing additional clearance, improved cable management, and stable mounting.
