Double-bay, 4-door outdoor cabinet (1700W × 850D × 1430H) designed for telecommunications, power, water, and infrastructure applications requiring high-capacity equipment housing with full front and rear access.

The cabinet features a 4-door configuration with 2 front and 2 rear doors, enabling efficient installation, cable separation, and maintenance access across both bays. Each side is designed with twin overlapping doors, improving sealing performance and environmental protection, while maintaining accessibility.

Internally, the cabinet is fitted with two pairs of 19″ EIA mounting rails, providing a standardised and robust structure for rack-mounted equipment across both bays. The enclosure utilises naturally vented door louvres with filter foam, supporting passive airflow while reducing the ingress of dust and contaminants.

Security is provided through a single CWL flush front-face 3-point locking system per door set, delivering secure, low-profile access suitable for public and roadside environments.

The cabinet base incorporates a polypropylene isolation system, including twin plinth access panels per bay and twin central cable gland plates, allowing flexible and organised cable entry while improving electrical isolation and installation efficiency.

Constructed from 2.5 mm marine-grade aluminium with a durable UV-resistant powder-coated finish, the cabinet is engineered for long-term outdoor performance, with protection levels available up to IP66 depending on configuration.

For installation flexibility, the cabinet can be supplied with an optional 100 mm aluminium plinth, providing elevated mounting, improved cable clearance, and enhanced stability.
