This single door outdoor custom cabinet with integrated power distribution unit (700W × 800D × 1430H) is designed for telecommunications, energy, and infrastructure applications requiring both equipment housing and internal power management. With a 28RU single-bay configuration, it supports standard 19″ rack-mounted equipment, enabling efficient integration of network and electrical components.

The cabinet incorporates a built-in power distribution unit (PDU). This integrated design supports reliable operation in field environments.

Thermal performance is managed through a forced convection system with 2 fans, actively circulating air to maintain stable internal temperatures. This makes the cabinet suitable for applications with moderate to high heat loads.

Security is provided through a swing handle padlock locking system, ensuring controlled and secure access to internal equipment while maintaining durability for outdoor use.

For installation flexibility, the cabinet can be supplied with an optional 100 mm aluminium ground plinth, enabling stable mounting, improved cable entry management, and protection from ground-level moisture and environmental exposure.

Constructed from 2.5 mm marine-grade aluminium with a UV-resistant powder-coated finish, the cabinet is engineered for long-term performance in harsh outdoor environments. It supports high ingress protection ratings (up to IP66 depending on configuration), ensuring reliable protection against dust and water ingress.
