Finished in Ghost Grey Ripple, with five-sided insulation, 6 mm aluminium internal gear tray, internal door, meter mount, 2 × 600 mm DIN mounting rails, vertical side ducting, thermostatically controlled twin-fan cooling system, LED lighting with auto door switch, generator extension and swing-handle padlock with three-point locking.
Manufactured from 2.5 mm marine-grade material with a durable powder-coat finish aligned with AS/NZS 2312.1:2014 for atmospheric corrosion protection. Optional colours include Karaka Green (RAL 6015), Almond Ripple (RAL 1015), or T33 Smoke Blue (AS2700). An NZTA-approved anti-graffiti coating in accordance with NZTA S10 is also available.

This single-bay, 2-door roadside ITS cabinet (1500 mm wide × 550 mm deep × 2000 mm high) is purpose-built for NZ Transport Agency intelligent transport systems and is fully designed in accordance with NZTA ITS-STND-CAB-202502 and ITS-SPEC-CAB-202502. Engineered for durability, security, and serviceability in roadside environments, the cabinet is finished in Ghost Grey Ripple and incorporates five-sided insulation to enhance thermal stability in exposed locations.
Internally, the cabinet features a 6 mm aluminium internal gear tray, an internal door, a meter mount, and 2 × 600 mm DIN mounting rails, providing a flexible platform for ITS controllers, networking equipment, power systems, and associated hardware. Vertical side ducting supports tidy and efficient cable management throughout the enclosure.
Thermal performance is supported by a thermostatically controlled twin-fan cooling system, ensuring reliable temperature regulation under varying environmental conditions. LED lighting with an automatic door switch provides immediate illumination for safe and efficient maintenance access. A generator extension is integrated to support temporary power requirements during commissioning or outages.
Security is provided through a robust swing-handle padlock assembly combined with a three-point locking system, offering strong protection for critical ITS infrastructure.
