OneMount Ltd - Terms and conditions

1.1. REPAIR AND OR REPLACEMENT

OneMount Ltd warrants that the Products or Services are free from substantial defect in material and workmanship for a period of 12 (twelve) months, from date of invoice. And under normal use given proper installation and maintenance, warranted fully serviceable for the period stated in OneMount Ltd’s published specifications.

The purchaser will promptly notify OneMount Ltd of any defect in the product or service. OneMount Ltd will have the right to inspect the product or workmanship on the buyers premises.

OneMount Ltd has the option to:

  1. Repair, replace or service at its factory or the Buyers, premises the Product or workmanship found to be defective;
  2. Credit the buyer for the Product or Service in accordance,with OneMount Ltd  depreciation policy.

Refurbished material may be used to repair or replace the Product. All Products returned to OneMount Ltd for repair, replacement or credit will be shipped prepaid by the buyer.

1.2. LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

Correction of defects by repair, replacement, service or credit will be at the OneMount Ltd option and constitute fulfillment of all obligations to the Buyer for breach of warranty.

OneMount Ltd assumes no warranty liability with respect to defects in the product caused by:

Other Manufacturer’s equipment purchased by OneMount Ltd and resold to the Buyer will be limited to the manufacturer’s warranty. OneMount Ltd assumes no warranty liability for other manufacturer’s equipment.

No agent, distributor, or representative is authorised to make any warranties on behalf of OneMount Ltd or to assume for OneMount Ltd any other liability in connection with any OneMount Ltd Product or Service.

1.3. DISCLAIMER OR WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OR REMEDIES

The above warranty replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied, and all other obligations or liabilities of OneMount Ltd, including any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All other warranties are disclaimed and excluded by OneMount Ltd.

The foregoing will be the sole and exclusive remedy whether in contract, tort or otherwise, and OneMount Ltd will not be liable for injuries or damages to persons or property resulting from any cause by the gross negligence of the Buyer. This limitation applies to all services and products during and after the warranty period. In no event will OneMount Ltd be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or commercial losses even if OneMount Ltd has been advised thereof.

1.4. IN-WARRANTY REPAIR

Product repaired while under warranty shall be warranted for the remainder of the original Product Warranty or a period of six months from the date of repair or date of return shipment to the Buyer whichever is longer.

1.5. OUT-OF-WARRANTY REPAIR

Product repairs while out of warranty shall be warranted for a period of six months from the date of repair or date of return shipment to the Buyers whichever is applicable.

1.6. RETURNED GOODS

Goods may not be returned for credit unless accompanied by a Goods Return Authorisation form issued by OneMount Ltd prior to the dispatch of the returning goods commencing and the returned goods be accompanied with copies of the original invoices and shipping documents. Any such authorised returned goods will be shipped prepaid by the Buyer. OneMount Ltd is not responsible for loss or damage in transit of or to returning goods. Procured goods are not returnable.

  1. Modification, repair, installation, operation or maintenance of the Product by anyone other than OneMount Ltd, except as described in OneMount Ltd documentation;
  2. The negligent or other improper use of the Product.
