Our Cable Ways Ltd products are designed and produced in New Zealand. We guarantee our products 100%, so you can buy with confidence. If for any reason you’re not happy with the product, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Returns and exchanges

Cable Ways Ltd and its subsidiary companies warrants that the products or services are free from substantial defect in material and workmanship for a period of 12 (twelve) months, from date of invoice. And under normal use given proper installation and maintenance, warranted fully serviceable for the period stated in the published specifications.

The purchaser will promptly notify Cable Ways Ltd and its subsidiary companies of any defect in the product or service. Cable Ways Ltd and its subsidiary companies will have the right to inspect the product or workmanship on the buyer’s premises.

Cable Ways Ltd and its subsidiary companies repair, replace or service at its factory or the buyers premises the product or workmanship found to be defective;

Or

Credit the buyer for the product or service in accordance with Cable Ways Ltd and its subsidiary companies depreciation policy.

Refurbished material may be used to repair or replace the product. All products returned to Cable Ways Ltd and its subsidiary companies for repair, replacement or credit will be shipped prepaid by the buyer.

Goods may not be returned for credit unless accompanied by a Goods Return Authorisation Form issued by Cable Ways Ltd and its subsidiary companies prior to the dispatch of the returning goods commencing and the returned goods be accompanied with copies of the original invoices and shipping documents. Any such authorised returned goods will be shipped prepaid by the buyer. Cable Ways Ltd and its subsidiary companies are not responsible for loss or damage in transit of or to returning goods. Procured goods are not returnable.

Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Cable Ways Ltd and its subsidiary companies reserve the right to change prices without notice.

All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

We only accept Visa and Mastercard.

Please note:

The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Other:

We also accept Bank Deposits. When paying using this method, goods can only be dispatched when deposits have cleared to Cable Ways Ltd and its subsidiary companies. Please select your payment method at the checkout. Our payment details are emailed to you with your order confirmation. It would be appreciated if you could contact us by email or phone confirming payment has been made. This will expedite shipping of your order when payment is finally received by us.

Shipping and delivery

All orders are dispatched within three business days from receipt of payment. If there is any delay we will notify you by email.

New Zealand orders:

Upon receipt of your order, our customer services representative will contact you by email or telephone to request your delivery preference. If freight of product is required, we will quote you the appropriate freight charge rate. This cost will be added onto the final invoice for your product/s and charged to you appropriately.

If your order is out of stock, we will notify you as quickly as possible and advise the expected delivery time. At this time you can choose to wait for your product, choose an alternative product or cancel your order.

International orders:

We welcome international orders. Upon receipt of your order, our customer services representative will contact you by email or telephone to request your delivery preference. If international freight of your product/s is required, we will quote you the appropriate international freight charge rate. This cost will be added onto the final invoice for your product/s and charged to you appropriately.

Taxes & Duties:

Please note that international orders may incur a variety of local taxes, customs, duty, or GST/VAT. Cable Ways Ltd and its subsidiary companies are not responsible for payment of any taxes, fees or charges imposed once the package reaches your country – these charges are not included in your payment to Cable Ways Ltd and its subsidiary companies and are payable to the appropriate government agencies. If you have concerns regarding the imposition of taxes, fees or duties, please research at your destination delivery point. Due to the huge variability in tax & import policies between countries, Cable Ways Ltd and its subsidiary companies cannot offer any advice on this matter.
